Time served carpenter joiner who did his apprenticeship with Sir Robert McAlpines and reached the role of charge hand/joiner over a period of nine and a half years.
Works
Wood doors, locks and added security items, door frames, architraves, skirting, laminate flooring, bespoke wardrobes, under sink cupboards, stud walls, bespoke work centres and shelving.
Outside work
Decking (a speciality), pergolas and spraying.
All work can be designed together or could be left in our capable hands- and all work is guaranteed to an exceptionally high standard. References can be supplied on request.

I contacted Richard to do some bespoke spice racks out of oak that many other carpentry firms said no to. Richard immediately agreed to come out and review my requirements and made some helpful suggestions. The work was carried out in short time to a very high professional standard at a fair price for his time, trouble and expertise. i have already recommended his work to colleagues and happy to give him this endorsement as my wife was particularly pleases in respect of the quality of the work that he carried out for us. he also carried out modifying kitchen doors for me and again the end result is a vast improvement
Doors
I contacted Richard as I wanted replacement internal doors fitted in our house. Richard was really helpful and even advised us of some style choices that we hadn't considered, which we chose. Richard turned up bang on time, carried out the work without any inconvenience to us and left the place spotless afterwards. Richard's workmanship was flawless, the doors fit perfectly and we are extremely pleased with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Richard to anyone.
